ClearestFinances (Franklyn Marshall, Licensed Advisor, Ontario) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you request a Complimentary Clarity Session and how we use it.
When you submit a request through our forms or ads, we collect only your name, phone number, email address (when you give one), and the answers you choose about what you'd like clarity around. For a coverage estimate, that includes your age (or year of birth), gender and whether you smoke, used only to work out your estimate. We do not collect or request account numbers, income figures, investment balances, banking details, health information, or your Social Insurance Number through these forms.
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you and arrange your Complimentary Clarity Session. This may include an email, a text message, or a phone call from Franklyn. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly.
Our ads run on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you interact with an ad or our website, Meta's tools may record that interaction to help measure and improve our advertising. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted about your Complimentary Clarity Session. You can opt out at any time — simply reply "no thanks" to any message and we'll stop.
